Appointments & Booking

• A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour service.

• Please arrive on time so we can give you the full appointment time.

• If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

• Missed or no-show appointments may result in a charge before rebooking.

Health & Safety

• If you are unwell, please contact us to rearrange your appointment.

• For colour services, we cannot proceed without a valid patch test.

• Please wear appropriate clothing, avoiding high necklines or expensive garments, as we cannot be held responsible for any accidental colour transfer.

• Please keep personal belongings safe during your visit — the salon cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Payments

• Payment is due at the end of your service — we accept card or cash.

• Fresha bookings require a 20% deposit to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final bill when you attend your booking.

• In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the 20% booking fee will be retained.

• Prices are listed as “from” and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, or service time.

Children & Guests

• We kindly ask that children and additional guests only attend if they have an appointment, to keep the salon calm and comfortable for all clients.

Refreshments

• Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are provided during your visit.
